Refund & Cancellation Policy

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. We don’t collect a credit card to start a trial. If you choose not to subscribe at the end of the trial, your workspace is paused and no charge is made.

You can cancel an active subscription at any time from the Billing page inside NxGen Control (which opens the Stripe customer portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your workspace remains accessible until that period ends; after that, the workspace is paused.

Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will not renew, but the term remains in effect through the annual cycle.

We offer pro-rated refunds for monthly subscriptions when requested within 7 days of a renewal charge and there is no usage during that period (no agent runs, no API calls). Refund requests are processed within 5 business days back to the original payment method.

Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days from activation. Custom Enterprise contracts follow the refund terms in the signed MSA.

Per-token usage charges and module overage fees are non-refundable once consumed.

If a payment fails, we will retry the charge for up to 14 days. If the payment is still unsuccessful after that period, the workspace is paused. Re-subscribing restores access without data loss for up to 30 days after pause.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Most issues can be resolved within a business day. Chargebacks without a prior contact attempt may result in immediate workspace suspension.
